Job summary

Uplift People Consulting is partnering with a leading regional Food & Beverage group to recruit an experienced HR Manager for its Saudi Arabia operations. The role leads day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and a small team, ensuring smooth people processes in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will drive Saudization initiatives, manage payroll coordination, compliance with Saudi labor laws, recruitment, and workforce planning, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive HR experience, 8–10 years.
• Experience in QSR, F&B, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Experience across multiple locations and frontline workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, benefits, and HRIS data.
• Ensure Saudi labor law compliance and Saudization initiatives.
• Lead high-volume local and international recruitment.
• Partner with operations and restaurant management on HR matters.
• Maintain HR records and report key metrics.
