Job summary

MBRF Global Foods Company S.A. in Jeddah is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to act as a liaison between Operations and government authorities, manage duty claims, budgeting and reporting, and support procurement and payments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years in customs/finance operations, strong Excel and SAP skills, and English fluency; Arabic or Portuguese is a plus. Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs, duty management, finance operations or a similar function.
• Experience with government authorities and customs-related processes is highly preferred.
• Good budgeting, financial controls, cost allocation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between Operations and authorities (ZATCA, Customs) for smooth duties processes.
• Manage duty claims, refunds, and Bayan transactions with regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budget, cost allocations, GL accounts and material cost reporting.
• Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders and payment follow-up processes.
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, presentations and departmental performance updates.
• Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, policies and cross-functional projects.
