Job summary

Rentokil Boecker is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and assist the CSM in implementing success plans and loyalty programs.

The role focuses on renewing targets, proactive satisfaction checks, and identifying growth opportunities while collaborating with Sales/Trade Consultants. Requires a BA in business and 4–6 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and support renewal targets.
• Assist in implementing loyalty programs and bundles.
• Conduct courtesy calls and regular checkups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand Rentokil Boecker offerings with existing clients.
