Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Commercial Manager for the Butchery category at the KSA Head Office. You will lead the commercial strategy across Fresh Meat, Poultry, Processed Meat, and Value-Added Meat products, driving sales, profitability, and supplier partnerships while ensuring freshness, foodsafety compliance, and an exceptional customer experience across stores.

The role requires overseeing assortment, pricing, promotions, supplier negotiations, and category performance, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business/Commerce/Food Science/Agriculture/Supply Chain).
• Strong knowledge of fresh meat, poultry, sourcing practices, supplier management, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Butchery category to achieve sales, margin, and growth objectives.
• Manage category assortment, pricing, promotions, and seasonal plans to meet demand and targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers for quality products and favorable terms.
• Lead supplier negotiations, trading agreements, investment plans, and promotional funding initiatives.
• Monitor performance: sales, gross margin, waste, stock availability, and turnover.
