Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in Commercial, Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, or Procurement in Meat/FMCG is required.
• Strong knowledge of fresh meat, halal, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for Fresh Meat, Poultry, Processed Meat, and Value-Added Meat categories.
• Set category priorities for sales growth and margin.
• Manage assortment planning and range reviews.
• Develop pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and margins.
• Plan promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Lead supplier negotiations and partnerships across local and international suppliers.
