You will monitor competitors, manage relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve profitability and expand the company’s market footprint. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in business development or sales leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or MBA.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Experience in IFM, healthcare or service sector preferred.

• Lead department activities and teams to meet targets.
• Prepare execution plans to boost profitability and growth.
• Review P&L for new proposals and quotations.
• Develop market plans and client satisfaction programs.
• Identify new business opportunities and perform feasibility studies.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and brand positioning.
• Manage CRM and client retention initiatives.
• Present the company at conferences and meetings.
• Coordinate with estimation and operations for new mobilizations.
• Attend trainings as required; perform other duties.
