Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Jeddah seeks a senior professional to lead the development of research capabilities across the organization. You will shape policies, oversee IRB guidelines, and guide multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes clinical trials and regulatory activities.

The role emphasizes building robust training programs, strengthening disease registries, and promoting research excellence through collaboration with HCM and Fakeeh Academy. English fluency is essential, Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in clinical trial management, including CRO and operational leadership.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Clinical Research Administration or related field.
• Language: Excellent English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes RCBU strategic roadmap and SOPs to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulations.
• Develops medical research policies, IRB guidelines, and evaluation standards.
• Oversees accreditation with SNIH, RDIA, AAHRPP and biobanking systems.
• Fosters collaborations across FCG units and external stakeholders for multi-site projects.
• Builds training programs to increase pool of Principal Investigators and supports career development.
• Maintains communication between RCBU, IRB, and CFGO and promotes research initiatives.
• Leads grant-linked training, disease registries, and research management system proposals.
• Assists with manuscript preparation and dissemination of findings.
