Job summary

Fakeeh Care in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Business Development professional to lead new market opportunities and strategic growth in local and international markets. You will conduct market research, craft visibility studies, and develop services while monitoring competition to sustain competitive advantage.

You will manage cross-functional teams, prepare execution plans, review proposals and P&Ls, and drive client satisfaction through retention programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or managerial roles in IFM, Healthcare or service sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage corresponding department activities & team to achieve the set target.
• Prepare execution action plans to achieve profitability and enhance business development.
• Review the P & L for new proposals and agreed quotations.
• Develop market development plans and client satisfaction programs to sustain growth.
• Identify and recommend new business opportunities.
• New market new services including feasibility studies and risk assessment.
• Maintain and develop company brand awareness and positioning.
• Capture new business development plans using market data to lead opportunities.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure client satisfaction via CRM program.
• Present the company at conferences in a professional way.
• Follow up with estimation department for new P&L.
• Follow up with operations for new mobilization.
• Attend meetings and training courses as required.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Job Purpose

In charge of new company development opportunities and advancements in relating to the local and international market Initiate market research to understand the local market and clients needs to maintain and develop the existing services and launch new developments with complete visibility studies Monitoring the competitor s performance and gathering relevant marketing intelligence to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage corresponding department activities & team in a professional manner to ensure achieving the set target
• Prepare the execution action plans to achieve the company s profitability and enhance business development
• Review the P & L for any new proposal and agreed quotations
• Developing the market development plans & client s satisfaction program to ensure achieving the company objective and sustain the company growth profitability
• Identify assess and recommend new business opportunities
• New market new services including feasibility studies and risk assessment
• Responsible for devising implementing and maintaining system information using competitive intelligence
• Maintain and develop company brand awareness and positioning
• Capturing the new business development plans for the company by maintaining the market date information to lead for new opportunities
• Maintain excellent client s relationship and ensure client s satisfaction by implement the Client Retention Management CRM program
• Present the company at conferences in professional way
• Follow up with estimation department for new P & L
• Follow up with operation for new mobilization
• To attend meetings and training courses as required
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or managerial roles preferably in IFM, Healthcare or service sector
• Bachelor Degree of Business Management, Marketing Sales, Engineering or MBA in related field from an accredited University
• Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
