Confidential Company in Riyadh seeks a Senior Business Development professional to drive growth in priority sectors, projects, and service lines. You will develop strategies, build pipelines, and coordinate multi-stakeholder opportunities across developers, government entities, and consultants.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong relationship skills, and the ability to navigate long sales cycles, tenders, and prequalification processes while protecting confidential

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, irrigation, nurseries, construction, real estate, or facilities management.
• Developing strategic accounts and securing prequalification.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia procurement cycles and tenders.
• Fluent Arabic and working English; CRM, presentations, reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop business-development plans aligned with growth and profitability objectives.
• Research investment programs and nursery demand in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify projects and map decision-makers across stakeholders.
• Maintain market and opportunity registers with qualification criteria.
• Build relationships with developers, government entities, consultants, operators.
• Prepare account plans identifying strategy and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate executive meetings and technical workshops.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Lead or coordinate prequalification processes and maintain registrations.
• Identify alliances with suppliers and partners to strengthen competitiveness.
• Collaborate with technical teams to shape solutions before pricing.
• Support information requests and early-stage proposals.
• Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit and risk.
• Coordinate bid/no-bid and handover to Estimation/Office.
• Track milestones through pipeline and action owners.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on market developments and pipeline.
