Job summary

Nesma United Industries Co. is seeking a Sales & Business Development Engineer with 5+ years in nursery plants and landscaping to grow plant sales in Saudi Arabia.

A relevant degree and strong plant knowledge are required, with a proactive sales mindset to expand market share. You will secure new clients, review drawings and BOQs to prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate nursery stock, approvals and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Preferably 5+ years of sales/business development experience in nursery plants, landscaping or horticulture.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi landscape plants and practical landscape construction experience.
• Arabic and English communication skills, valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Secure new clients and plant supply opportunities with contractors, developers and consultants.
• Review landscape drawings, planting schedules and BOQs to prepare quotations.
• Negotiate contracts, secure orders and achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Coordinate nursery stock, approvals and deliveries, and follow up on collections.
