Job summary

Abyatona contracting & development is seeking a Landscape Sales Specialist to generate new business and promote landscaping solutions, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and landscape maintenance services.

The role involves meeting clients, understanding project requirements, preparing tailored proposals, and maintaining an active sales pipeline. You will coordinate with design and estimation teams and build relationships with developers and contractors in the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in landscaping, irrigation, horticulture, or related construction services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new clients.
• Working knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and landscape maintenance.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate with project and estimation teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants, and property owners.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable landscaping solutions.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities to support accurate proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits and follow up on opportunities through contract award.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate project handover to operations teams to ensure agreed scope and client expectations are clearly communicated.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, submit sales reports, and support payment follow-up.
