Michael Page (UAE) is recruiting for a senior Business Development professional to drive growth across Saudi Arabia’s construction and engineering sectors. You will lead relationship-building with developers, contractors, and consultants while shaping strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years’ experience in business development, strategic partnerships or commercial roles within engineering consulting, project management, construction or related services.
• Established network across developers, contractors, engineering consultants and major project stakeholders.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and major project stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and generate new revenue streams.
• Lead the full business development cycle from lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation and contract award.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop tailored client solutions.
• Manage and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities across the Saudi market.
• Support prequalification, vendor and consultant registration, tenders and contracts processes.
• Represent the business at industry events, forums and client meetings.
