Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Saudi Arabia is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive new business and manage key client accounts in construction, landscaping, and nurseries. You will build a comprehensive customer database, plan regular sales activities, and deliver targeted proposals.

The role requires strong communication in English and Arabic, a track record of meeting sales targets, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in B2B environments.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a customer database for projects and clients.
• Create yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily sales plans.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and daily visit reports.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets monthly and quarterly.
• Develop lasting client relationships and understand their requirements.
• Present end-to-end solutions from concept to maintenance.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Collaborate with design, project, and maintenance teams.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
