Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, field sales, software sales, IT sales or ERP sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business operations and departments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage senior managers and business owners.
• Fluent in written/spoken English; professional Arabic is required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Self-motivated with ability to organize daily field visits.
• Strong follow-up skills and target-driven mindset.
• Must have laptop and smartphone; driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit companies across the city and conduct 2–4 qualified business visits per day.
• Identify potential clients and build a database of leads.
• Understand client systems, processes and needs to propose suitable digital solutions.
• Prepare and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare commercial proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Record visits and opportunities in the CRM; submit weekly activity reports.
• Target industries include manufacturing, healthcare, retail, logistics, and education.
