Job summary

Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Storekeeper in the Logistics Department. The role covers end-to-end stock handling from receipt to issuance and inventory control.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of storekeeping experience, be proficient with ERP and MS Office, and communicate effectively in English. Saudi nationals only.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of storekeeping, warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, ERP and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good English communication (oral and written).
• Saudi nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Handle material receiving, inspection, storage and issuance activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform system data entry for all store transactions.
• Update material receipts, stock transfers and issuance records in ERP/system.
• Ensure proper documentation of delivery notes, GRNs and material requests.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and operations for material movement.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization within the store area.
• Assist in preparation of inventory and stock reports.

Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Storekeeper within the Logistics Department.

The ideal candidate shall effectively and efficiently carry-out the entire procurement process from identification of operations requirements through the point of product shipment by the suppliers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:A

Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards are maintained.

• Handle material receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform system data entry for all store transactions.
• Update material receipts, stock transfers, and issuance records in ERP/system.
• Ensure proper documentation of delivery notes, GRNs, and material requests.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Arrange and organize materials in the store as per company procedures.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operational departments for material movement.
• Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of company materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area.
• Assist in preparation of inventory and stock reports.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements at all times.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:

• School or High School Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of inventory systems, ERP, and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle inventory records and system data entry accurately.
• Good English communication skills (both oral and written).
• Saudi Nationals only.
