Job summary

Hudson Manpower seeks a Store Supervisor/Store Keeper for a reputed Oil & Gas company in Saudi Arabia. You will manage receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and recording raw materials, plates, pipes, fittings, and welding consumables with strict FIFO and traceability.

Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel is preferred, along with strong knowledge of material control requirements and coordination with procurement, fabrication and QA/QC teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or BE Mechanical is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in storekeeping for heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of MTOs, material specifications, heat numbers, traceability, and FIFO practices.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of raw materials, plates, pipes, fittings, welding consumables, tools, equipment, and project materials; ensure FIFO and traceability.
• Coordinate with procurement, fabrication, QA/QC, and project teams; conduct periodic inventory checks; maintain GRN, issue, return, stock, and material traceability records.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel is preferred, with understanding of Saudi Aramco project material control requirements.

We currently have an urgent requirement for the position of * Store Supervisor/Store Keeper* for reputed Oil & Gas Company for their Workshop Requirement in *Saudi Arabia

Manufacturing of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, Pipings

Responsibilities

Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of raw materials, plates, pipes, fittings, welding consumables, tools, equipment, and project materials. Must have good knowledge of MTOs, material specifications, heat numbers, traceability, material identification, inventory control, and FIFO practices. Responsible for maintaining proper storage and segregation of materials, monitoring stock levels, coordinating material requirements with procurement, fabrication, QA/QC, and project teams, conducting periodic inventory checks, and maintaining GRN, issue, return, stock, and material traceability records. Proficiency in ERP/SAP, MS Excel, and inventory management systems is preferred, along with good understanding of Saudi Aramco and project material control requirements.

Salary

SAR 3000 – 8000 ( Based on Experience )
