Hudson Manpower is seeking a Sales Engineer for an Oil & Gas company in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on manufacturing of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and piping, with responsibilities across RFQs, quotations, and cross-functional coordination.

The candidate should have 3–8 years of experience in industrial fabrication and strong communication, negotiation, and customer-relations skills. Salary is SAR 3000–5000 monthly, with food, accommodation, and transportation provided by the

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / BE Mechanical / MBA required.
• 3-8 years total experience in industrial fabrication/Oil & Gas.
• Saudi Aramco/SABIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and develop client relationships.
• Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and MTOs.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and fabrication teams to prepare offers.
• Prepare quotations, scope reviews, teknical clarifications and cost estimates.
• Follow-ups, negotiations and order execution coordination.

Job description

We currently have an urgent requirement for the position of * Sales Engineer* for reputed Oil & Gas Company for their Workshop Requirement in *Saudi Arabia*

Specialization : Manufacturing of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, Pipings

Experience in industrial fabrication, Oil & Gas, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, structural steel, and related engineering projects, preferably with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and EPC clients. Responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding project requirements, reviewing RFQs, drawings, specifications, and MTOs, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and fabrication teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial offers. Responsible for preparing quotations, scope reviews, technical clarifications, cost estimates, follow-ups, negotiations, and order execution coordination. Should have good knowledge of Saudi Aramco/SABIC requirements, ASME/API standards, fabrication processes, and industrial equipment, with strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Salary : SAR 3000 – 5000 ( Based on Experience )
