Job summary

Client of NicheHR Global is seeking a seasoned Logistics & Warehouse Manager to lead multi-location operations in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia. The role oversees FMCG/food-grade distribution, third-party store coordination, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The candidate will manage inventory accuracy, optimize storage layouts, and drive cost efficiency while coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Production and Finance teams for demand planning and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Logistics/Supply Chain (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
• Experience in FMCG or food industry supply chain operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations including third-party stores ensuring smooth inbound and outbound movement of goods.
• Oversee inventory management stock accuracy and cycle counts in company warehouses and third-party store locations.
• Ensure proper storage handling and dispatch of products in compliance with food safety and company quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate transportation and distribution activities for both company and third-party store operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and control warehouse operational costs including manpower transportation and storage efficiency.
• Lead, train and supervise warehouse, logistics, and third-party store teams ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance, reduce operational risks and improve third-party store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations including third-party stores ensuring smooth inbound and outbound movement of goods
• Oversee inventory management stock accuracy and cycle counts in company warehouses and third-party store locations
• Ensure proper storage handling and dispatch of products in compliance with food safety and company quality standards
• Plan and coordinate transportation and distribution activities for both company and third-party store operations to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor and control warehouse operational costs including manpower transportation and storage efficiency
• Implement and maintain Warehouse Management Systems WMS and ensure proper documentation and reporting for both internal and third-party store operations
• Coordinate with Sales Procurement Production and Finance teams for demand planning order fulfillment and stock reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulatory requirements safety standards and company policies related to logistics warehousing and third-party store management
• Optimize warehouse and third-party store space utilization and layout to improve operational efficiency
• Lead train and supervise warehouse logistics and third-party store teams ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs
• Monitor third-party logistics providers and transport vendors to ensure service level agreements are met
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance reduce operational risks and improve third-party store operations
• Key Performance Indicators KPIs Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation levels for warehouses and third-party stores On-time delivery and order fulfillment rate including third-party store deliveries Warehouse and third-party store operational efficiency and space utilization Logistics and transportation cost optimization Compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards

Experience

10 12 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations. At least 5 6 years in a managerial role overseeing warehouse, third-party stores, and distribution operations in KSA. Experience in FMCG or food industry supply chain operations is preferred. Exposure to multi-location distribution, third-party store management, and cold chain logistics is an advantage.
