adidas Group in Riyadh is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in driving commercial success and delivering excellent customer service. You will lead the team on store operations, omnichannel initiatives, and training while ensuring visual merchandising standards and loss prevention protocols are followed.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and collaboration with internal partners to optimize sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 months’ work experience in a sports and/or fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
• A minimum of 12 months of Supervisory/Team Leader experience.
• Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support the Store Manager with the commercial success of the Store.
• Lead and coach the store team on omnichannel tools and the digital consumer journey.
• Schedule team to serve customers, drive sales and execute tasks.
• Ensure store operations, Visual Merchandising standards and loss prevention policies are followed.
• Recruitment and training of store team; adherence to HR policies.
• Maintain a safe, productive shopping and working environment.
• Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and inform commercial decisions.
