Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to support daily retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the store team, uphold brand standards, and ensure operational compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating promotions, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with Marketing, Buying, and Planning teams to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience in retail store operations.
• Ability to support store leadership and operations when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Strong management and leadership with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day retail operations and achieve objectives.
• Maintain store operations in line with brand guidelines and policies.
• Lead operations and workforce management during the Store Manager's absence.
• Drive sales performance and monitor KPIs to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, and Planning teams to identify opportunities.
