Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fashion retail, proven customer service excellence, strong product knowledge, and experience in visual merchandising and roster management.

Qualifications

• The role requires a retail professional with strong customer service, sales leadership, visual merchandising, team supervision and fashion product knowledge.
• Experience supervising employees in a retail store is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure retail employees consistently provide high standards of customer service.
• Coach team members on selling techniques, product knowledge, customer engagement and service expectations.
• Support the Store Manager in running the store efficiently and profitably in accordance with company procedures.
• Take full operational responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent.
• Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, new collections, product features and brand developments.
• Promote loyalty programs and encourage customer participation to drive repeat purchases.
