Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Riyadh is seeking a Non-Management Steward to support the kitchen and banquet teams. You will assist stewards, ensure proper cleaning and sanitation, and help with plate-ups and stocking for events.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, fostering team collaboration, and adherence to safety and security policies. Prior supervisory experience and 2+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.).
• Related work experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Supervisory experience: At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Stewards to improve cleanup efficiency.
• Maintain water temperature and chemical levels for cleaning, with proper documentation.
• Assist with banquet plate-ups and with cooks and kitchen staff.
• Provide cooks with needed items and support banquet/buffet operations.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dishwashing and trash compactors.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching and disciplining staff.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and assets protected.

Education
