Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Stewards to improve cleaning efficiency.
• Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate and documented.
• Assist with banquet plate-ups and with cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
• Provide cooks with needed items and manage stock for banquet services.
• Return cleaned items to proper locations and operate cleaning equipment.
