Job summary

SIHAMCO in Riyadh is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the Back of House stewarding operations. You will supervise the stewarding team, coordinate daily cleaning, ensure availability of clean kitchenware, and support the culinary team during service.

We expect a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of kitchen hygiene, HACCP procedures, dishwashing, chemical handling, waste management, and high-volume operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in stewarding or kitchen support operations.
• Experience as Stewarding Supervisor, Senior Steward, or similar role.
• Experience in professional restaurant, hotel, resort, or large-scale F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the stewarding team during all service periods.
• Coordinate daily cleaning operations and allocate staff based on demand.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment readiness across BOH areas.
• Oversee dishwashing operations and ensure proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and food safety practices throughout stewarding.
• Manage waste collection, separation, and storage according to safety guidelines.
• Inspect kitchens and stewarding areas for hygiene risks and take corrective action.
• Provide hands-on leadership and support during peak service times.
