Areeb is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex projects in Riyadh. You will oversee financial, managerial, and operational aspects of contract execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and performance reviews across multiple sites. The ideal candidate holds a PM certification (PMP preferred) and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent project planning and organizational skills
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)

• Budget management and cost control expertise
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Mansioni

• Oversee all financial, managerial, and operational functions related to the project contract, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Manage and control the project budget, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
• Ensure the continuous availability of spare parts, consumables, and necessary materials to support uninterrupted operations.
• Implement and monitor the preventive maintenance program, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate senior personnel to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with Area Managers, Regional Managers, and Headquarters staff to ensure consistent project execution and communication.
• Oversee site operations to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Promote discipline, safety, and professionalism among all staff members across project sites.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team competency and performance standards.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and submit progress reports to senior management.
• Optimize manpower utilization, ensuring the right personnel are assigned to the right roles
• Evaluate the performance of senior staff and provide constructive feedback to management for continuous improvement.
