Job summary

Client of AreebHR is seeking a seasoned project management professional with extensive stadium project experience. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in project management or related engineering fields and 10+ years across operation, maintenance, or construction projects, including at least 3 years in formal project management.

PMP or similar certification is highly desirable, with ISO 9001 or Six Sigma training as aPlus.

Qualifications

• Experience in stadium projects.
• Bachelor degree in project management or Civil/Mechanical/Construction Eng./related field.
• 10+ years in operation, maintenance or construction projects.
• At least 3 years in project management.
• PM certification (PMP) or similar desirable.
• ISO 9001 or Six Sigma training is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent project planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Budget management and cost control expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of regulations and industry standards.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
