Job summary

Areeb is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex projects in Riyadh. You will oversee financial, managerial, and operational aspects of contract execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and performance reviews across multiple sites. The ideal candidate holds a PM certification (PMP preferred) and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Requirements

Has experience in stadiums

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

10 Years and above experience in operation, maintenance or construction projects. At least three years of this experience must be in project management.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP – Project Management Professional) or similar is highly desirable.

Additional certifications or training in relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
