Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of airport facilities to ensure efficiency, functionality, and safety.
• Lead and manage maintenance and operations teams with direction, training, and oversight.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate facility upgrades and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with security, customer service, and airline operations teams.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors.
• Monitor facility budgets, control expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure standards and compliance.
• Respond to facility-related issues and emergencies promptly.
• Develop facility management policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation and performance metrics.
• Support planning of new facilities including civil, grounds, and road systems.
