Job summary

Areeb in Riyadh is seeking a Sustainability Lead to oversee engineering teams and ensure projects meet goals, timelines, and quality standards.

You will review designs, monitor progress, mentor junior engineers, manage budgets, and ensure safety/regulatory compliance across all phases. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in engineering with senior supervision, a PMP or related certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of engineering and project supervision experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior supervisory role.
• PMI PMP or related certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate engineering teams to meet goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications for codes and regulations.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions for deviations, risks or delays.
• Provide technical leadership to resolve engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance across all phases.
• Manage resources to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and quality.
