Areeb seeks an IBMS Senior Engineer in Riyadh to lead the operation, maintenance, and optimization of advanced electronic systems within stadium environments.

You will oversee installations, performance analyses, predictive maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet project objectives while ensuring safety and standards compliance. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in electronics engineering, including system design, maintenance, and operations.
• Experience in stadiums and supervising or senior role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Certification in Electronics Systems or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, installation, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Conduct evaluations to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
• Implement predictive maintenance programs to minimize failures and downtime.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
• Monitor system performance and prepare reports on trends, issues, and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement to optimize performance and maintenance efficiency.
• Support design, commissioning, and troubleshooting to integrate with other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client specifications.
