Job summary

Client of AreebHR is seeking a senior civil engineer with experience in stadiums to lead large-scale infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The role requires 5-7 years of civil engineering expertise, strong team leadership, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field, and professional certification such as PE is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Has experience in stadiums.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of civil engineering experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Experience managing teams overseeing technical aspects of design and construction and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Professional Engineer PE certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Additional certifications in project management, safety management (e.g. NEBOSH or OSHA) or quality control (e.g. Six Sigma) are beneficial.
• Advanced knowledge of civil engineering design, construction and materials.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; expertise in project planning and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations; ability to manage budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Experience with contract management and negotiations.
