Job summary

Rubber World Industry LLC is seeking a Specification Executive in Riyadh to be the primary contact for Developers and Consultants, coordinating meetings and maintaining client relationships across Saudi Arabia. You will support technical interactions with the Specification Manager and prepare documents, catalogues, and presentations.

A background in mechanical or related engineering fields is preferred, with 0–5 years in specification or HVAC sales. GCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, MBA in Marketing & Sales or a related field.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in specification sales, technical sales, or HVAC/building materials.
• GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with Developers and Consultants to set appointments and maintain relationships.
• Meet and maintain relationships with clients within Saudi Arabia through regular engagement.
• Coordinate with the Specification Manager for technical interactions and assist in creating technical documents, catalogues, and presentations.
• Gain a basic understanding of products and local guidelines to provide preliminary information to clients.
• Work closely with the Specification Manager and Engineer to align strategies and support client meetings.

As a Specification Executive you will be the initial point of contact with Developers and Consultants responsible for setting appointments maintaining relationships and ensuring consistent communication within Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with Developers and Consultants Regularly meet and maintain relationships with clients within Saudi Arabia
• Coordination and Support Coordinate with the Specification Manager for technical interactions Assist in creating technical documents catalogues and presentations
• Product Knowledge Gain a basic understanding of our products and local guidelines Provide preliminary information to clients and answer basic queries
• Team Collaboration Work closely with the Specification Manager and Engineer to align strategies
• Travel Requirements Travel within Saudi Arabia for client meetings and engagements
