Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Specialty Care Sales professional based in Jeddah to promote SRD portfolio and maximize market share. The role reports to the National Sales Manager and focuses on innovative solutions for key accounts and long-term presence of SRD products.

The candidate will engage specialists, manage accounts, and develop partnerships with prescribers and payers, ensuring alignment with company best practices and tender processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in specialty care & Rare disease.
• Fluency in English (spoken & written).
• Experience with Hospital System Tenders is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sales Planning: Builds and executes an effective Sales Action Plan to maximize business and achieve targets.
• Sales Execution: Plan daily visits to deliver core product messages and monitor performance.
• Account Management: Obtain and provide information about account developments and tender activity.
• Stakeholder Management: Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and payers.
