Job summary

Career Land Center is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist for a well-established spa in Saudi Arabia. You will perform a range of massages and body treatments, assess client needs, and ensure a relaxing, high-quality experience for every guest.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of spa experience and relevant massage qualifications, with strong English communication. The role offers full-time work, free accommodation, visa support, medical insurance, and annual leave as per Saudi

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a professional spa or hotel.
• Relevant massage therapy or spa treatment qualifications.
• Knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments and spa procedures.
• Facial treatment and skincare experience is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and client-focused approach.
• Good communication in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Perform Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and aromatherapy massages as qualified.
• Provide body treatments, scrubs, wraps and other spa services.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a relaxing experience.
• Explain treatment procedures and provide aftercare advice.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic treatment room and report stock shortages.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing a range of massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and aromatherapy massage, according to your qualifications
• Providing body treatments, scrubs, wraps, and other spa services
• Assessing clients’ needs and recommending suitable treatments
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring each client has a comfortable, relaxing experience
• Explaining treatment procedures and providing aftercare advice
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room
• Following all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Keeping track of treatment products and supplies and reporting stock shortages to management

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a professional spa, wellness center, or hotel
• Relevant massage therapy or spa treatment qualifications
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa procedures
• Facial treatment and skincare experience is an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, client-focused approach
• Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with an international clientele
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)

Schedule

• Full-time, 6 days a week with 1 day off
• Shift-based schedule, including some evenings and weekends
