Job summary

The Chedi Hegra invites applications for Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face at our luxury spa. You will greet guests, manage bookings, handle calls and emails, and ensure a smooth check-in experience from arrival to departure.

This onsite role requires bilingual English/Arabic communication, a friendly service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Saudi nationals only; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Saudi national only as per government regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional and calm manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
• Manage spa bookings, appointment schedules, and guest records accurately.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries regarding spa services.
• Ensure the spa reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-presented at all times.
• Process payments and issue invoices or receipts as required.
• Communicate with spa therapists to ensure smooth guest transitions and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of front-desk supplies.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of spa offerings and provide recommendations to guests.
• Follow company and safety policies at all times.
