The Chedi Hegra is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead daily spa operations in a luxury setting, ensuring an exceptional guest experience for our discerning guests. The role is onsite and emphasizes service quality, hygiene, and staff development.

You will manage a team of therapists, oversee bookings and inventory, and collaborate with management to promote spa services. Multilingual abilities are a plus for guest relations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory spa role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Lead and motivate a team of therapists and attendants to provide outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage scheduling, booking, and spa product inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards within the spa areas.
• Facilitate staff training and development, ensuring all procedures and protocols are followed.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with management to promote spa services and packages.
• Monitor and report on spa performance, including revenue and guest satisfaction metrics.
