Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors with a friendly courteous and professional attitude
• Manage spa bookings appointment schedules and guest records accurately
• Handle telephone and email inquiries regarding spa services
• Ensure the spa reception area is clean welcoming and well-presented at all times
• Process payments and issue invoices or receipts as required
• Communicate with spa therapists to ensure smooth guest transitions and scheduling
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of front-desk supplies
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of spa offerings and provide recommendations to guests
• Follow company and safety policies at all times
