Job summary

GEN PLUS Group is seeking a commercially minded and analytical Social Data & Analytics Specialist to join our Social & Digital team in Riyadh. This role focuses on analysing social performance, translating data into actionable insights, and strengthening our clients' social media strategies.

You will develop dashboards, measure KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions that improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media analytics or digital marketing analytics
• Experience interpreting data for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
• Excellent English communication; Arabic a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and report social media performance across platforms
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPI tracking
• Analyse audience behaviour, engagement, reach, follower growth and conversions
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve content strategy
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis
• Collaborate with Social, Creative, Strategy and Account Management teams
• Measure organic and paid social campaign effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities
• Support campaign planning and client pitches with research and data
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and clients
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting best practices across accounts
