Job summary

Genplusgroup is seeking a commercially minded Social Data & Analytics Specialist to join our Social & Digital team. You will analyse social media performance, identify audience trends and translate data into actionable insights that improve client strategies, engagement and campaign effectiveness.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with knowledge of social platforms, digital marketing and audience behaviour, and can present complex data clearly to non-technical

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in social media analytics or digital marketing analytics, ideally in an agency
• Strong knowledge of social media KPIs, audience insights, campaign measurement and performance optimisation
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal; Arabic would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat)
• Develop dashboards, reports and KPI tracking for clients and internal teams
• Translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations for content strategy and campaign performance
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, social listening and industry trend analysis
• Support data-driven decision-making with cross-functional teams
