You will work across campaigns, stay current with trends, and lead content planning from concept to publication, while coordinating with the customer service and creative teams.

• Collaborate with service, social and creative teams to ensure engaging content.
• Monitor user engagement and suggest content improvements.
• Hire and train new social media team members.
• Provide constructive feedback on social media plans and campaigns.
