Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Parking Engineer – City Operations & Maintenance (Saudi National) to lead the technical performance, operational efficiency, and lifecycle management of a city-wide smart parking ecosystem within a landmark giga-project in Riyadh.

You will coordinate parking systems with central City Operations, monitor PGS and LPR cameras, manage EV charging infrastructure, and analyze data to optimize throughput and safety.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day management of city-wide parking facilities and mobility infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize automated parking systems and digital platforms.
• Analyze parking data to identify congestion and capacity trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day technical and operational management of city-wide parking facilities, systems, and mobility infrastructure.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize PGS, smart parking apps, and digital platforms.
• Monitor LPR cameras, barriers, access control, digital payments, sensors, and parking equipment.
• Coordinate integration of parking systems with central City Operations platforms and traffic management systems.
• Support EV charging infrastructure across parking facilities.
• Analyze vehicle telemetry and parking data to improve utilization and reduce congestion.
• Develop parking performance dashboards and KPIs for the City Operations hub.
