Role Context

The Director - Roads and Parking Operations will serve as the senior technical and operational authority for the city 's horizontal transportation assets after construction completion. The role will oversee large road networks, tunnels, structured and surface parking facilities, bridges, ramps, intersections, drainage interfaces, safety systems, and supporting technologies. By combining asset lifecycle planning, reliability engineering, traffic operations, smart parking, preventive maintenance, and emergency preparedness, the position will help ensure that critical mobility infrastructure remains safe, available, efficient, and financially sustainable over its operating life.
