Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Site Quality Assurance Manager for its Al Kharj site in KSA. You will ensure compliance with Safety and Quality policies and manage all quality-related processes, people and resources to meet divisional objectives.

You will bring 8+ years of management experience in food & beverage, strong knowledge of FSSC 22000 and HACCP standards, and excellent Arabic/English communication. The role offers a competitive package, leave, medical coverage, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years management experience in food and beverage industry.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and quality management systems, including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP standards.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Quality (HSQ) principles and best practices.
• Possess sound financial awareness with the ability to manage resources and control costs effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full site compliance with the company's Safety Policy, Quality Policy, Divisional Quality Management System and achievement of the Divisional Business and Quality Objectives by managing all quality-related processes, personnel and resources.
• Lead and develop the Site Quality Assurance team to uphold HSQ standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the site.
