Job summary

NOMAC is seeking a Shift Charge Engineer to oversee operational activities during the shift at our Saudi Arabian plant. You will monitor performance, provide technical support, and ensure safety and production targets are met.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 8 years in water desalination and power generation, with 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong SAP and IMS experience is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift activities to meet targets and ensure safety.
• Monitor plant performance and provide operations engineering support.
• Coordinate with maintenance, HSE and other departments to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manage shift staff and ensure execution of start-up, commissioning and routine tasks.
