Job summary

Qualifications
- Electrical engineering degree required.
- 8–10 years in electrical maintenance in water desalination and power generation.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with outages on critical electrical equipment.
- CMMS and SAP knowledge desirable.
- Strong planning, organizing and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical maintenance activities and outages.
- Ensure adherence to HSE, quality standards and maintenance plans.
- Coordinate outage planning and material requirements.
- Lead SAP maintenance processes and data integrity.
- Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and manage the maintenance team.
