Job summary

NOMAC is seeking a Shift Charge Engineer to oversee and manage the plant's shift operations, monitor performance, and provide technical support for safety and efficiency. You will champion SAP processes, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure compliance with HSSE guidelines during shifts.

Based at the Al Madinnah Al Manwarah Sidra site, the role requires extensive experience in desalination and power plants, with leadership skills to guide shift teams and respond to emergencies promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years in water desalination and power plants with 2+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of NOMAC operations and plant equipment; SAP experience preferred; IMS systems awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to ensure safety, efficiency and production targets.
• Monitor plant performance and provide operations engineering support.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments; manage SAP processes.
• Represent the plant in technical meetings and handle emergencies.
