Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IT project manager to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and lead end-to-end ITSM/ITOM/CSM initiatives. You will drive workshops, document user stories, and integrate ServiceNow with external systems like Azure, SAP, or Jira using Integration Hub.

With 10+ years of experience, you will guide go-live activities, create training materials, and support post-go-live optimization.

Qualifications

Experience leading ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/CSM projects.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Proven skills in workshops, requirement docs, and user stories.

Responsibilities

Translate client requirements into scalable ServiceNow designs.
Create technical specs, user stories, and workflows.
Lead workshops with business leaders to document needs and gaps.
Support go-live activities and release notes creation.
Connect ServiceNow with Azure, SAP, or Jira via APIs and Integration Hub.
Run testing, monitor instance health, support upgrades.
Manage post-go-live support and client workshops for process improvements.
Deep knowledge of ITSM/ITOM/CSM or HR Service Delivery.
Excellent communication to explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
