Plat4mation Saudi Arabia is seeking Engineer Technician to support the delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries. You will work with experienced consultants, project teams, and client stakeholders to configure, test, document, and support ServiceNow applications while contributing to successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software applications and databases.
• Willingness to learn ServiceNow and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Assist in configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, and platform capabilities.
• Participate in testing, issue resolution, and solution validation activities.
• Support requirements gathering, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with system administration, data preparation, deployment activities, and user support.
• Participate in project workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support project planning, progress tracking, and service improvement initiatives.
