Job summary

DWT Technology is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to configure and support ITSM workflows and processes in a hands-on role. The candidate will support Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management, troubleshoot workflow issues, and assist with integration projects while coordinating with business users and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory and onsite work in Saudi Arabia is required. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of ServiceNow ITSM experience, a solid understanding of

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow workflows and configurations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic communication skills are mandatory.
• Must be available to join immediately or within 30 days.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Saudi Arabia.
• Candidates open to relocation are welcome; candidates based in Egypt and Jordan are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM applications and workflows.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management processes.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow functional issues and workflow problems.
• Assist with ServiceNow configuration and process improvements.
• Support ServiceNow integrations where required.
• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to understand service management requirements.
