Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Tech Diploma with relevant experience.
- Fluency in Arabic and strong business English; excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong network with MEP contractors, consultants and industrial customers in Riyadh and Central Region.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across all product lines.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from lead generation to negotiation, order closing and repeat business.
- Lead technical-commercial discussions with decision-makers and recommend the right pump, motor, tank or system.
- Prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions protecting margins and payment terms.
- Coordinate with technical procurement and warehouse teams to ensure correct specifications and on-time delivery.
- Support collections and keep customer credit within company policy.
- Represent BITC professionally at customer sites, exhibitions and industry events.
